Overview The Texas 4-H Foundation Opportunity Scholarship uses an entirely web-based application. Applicants must upload any required supporting documents during the online submission. A school official or counselor is also required to complete a portion of the online form; the application will not be considered complete without their input. To be eligible for a Texas 4-H Opportunity Scholarship, all stated minimum requirements must be satisfied.
